The Bristol Grande louvered pergola is a stately shade structure that draws on design inspiration from our Regency Grande and Camelot pergolas. With it’s 12×24 footprint, it’s as grand as it is beautiful. The Bristol Grande louvered pergola is the largest louvered pergola in the New England Arbors family.

The ingeniously designed six panel louver system enables you to block out as little or as much sun as you choose. And no need to worry about the maintenance of a traditional structure – a simple rinse with a garden hose is all the
Bristol Grande louvered pergola needs to look great year after year—never paint or stain…ever.

The Bristol Grande pergola is the perfect spot for your family celebration or neighbourhood cocktails. It will not only meet, but exceed your expectations.

Note: Need your pergola to be taller? Check out our Pergola Extension Kits here!

New England Arbors

by Doug Thomas on New England Arbors

We love our new pergola. We purchased the Bristol Grande in July 2019. I've got to say, it came in a whole lot of boxes. It would be nice if a packing slip was at least emailed to the buyer. It would make finding the part you need a whole lot easier. Also, we purchased the extension kit to make our pergola one foot taller. One important thing that is not noted anywhere is: do NOT install the shims prior to installing the extension kit. I had to remove all 48 shims to complete the install. I was not happy about this. Last thing I found, the on line instructions differed from the shipped instructions in regards to the parts list. Somebody needs to get this problem resolved. It was quite frustrating for me.

All this being said, I have absolutely no regrets in buying from New England Arbors. Their customer support is fantastic. Because of their support, is it is very easy to get past the few problems that I found. I am not a construction guy or young. At 60 years old and working in 100 degree weather, my temper was short. I tend to over think the assembly of the pergola and got quite flustered at times. Each time I thought I had encountered a problem, I picked up the phone and called. Never once was there a rude or "short" person answering the phone at New England Arbors. Each person I spoke with was knowledgeable in their products, as well as empathetic. I found a broken part, no problem, no hassles. It was shipped out that day. Ultimately, this pergola is more than exactly what I was looking for. The louvers are an awesome plus. I was going to have a pergola built, that was to be the same size as I purchased. The contractor wanted $12,000. That was supposedly with a first responder discount. I can't tell you enough how happy I am with New England Arbors. Thank you!
