Just wanted to let you know how much we love our Brandenburg (purchased at Costco) pergola. We erected it last Sunday with the help of our daughter and son-in-law. It took nine hours and a lunch break to complete it. We felt the manual could be improved, especially descriptions of louver assembly, but we managed without calling you for support. I am including a one-minute youtube video of our work. Thank you for a high-quality product!

We looked everywhere to find the perfect Pergola when deciding to upgrade our backyard landscape. The Camelot's louvered "roof" structure works so great to manage the amount of sun and rain exposure. This was a key for us in deciding to get a pergola as we have a new house with NO shade and an eastern exposure; it's HOT in the summer any time before 1pm. The structure was a bit involved but the instructions were awesome, easy to follow. We needed to contact customer service twice regarding a) a broken part (shipping incident) and b) questions on the bolt down kit. Both times the customer service rep was friendly, very helpful and solved our issue immediately. The Camelot is the shining star of our new landscape and we LOVE it! Thank you New England Arbors!

My wife and I searched many sites for a pergola that would compliment both our backyard and home. Most pergola's do great in the morning or afternoon but when the sun is overhead it is like not even having one. The Camelot Pergola solved this issue. We can open and close the louvers easily and receive as much or as little (or none) sun as we like. The louvers also allow for light variations from winter to summer which was also important for our location. As far as assembly and instructions I found the pergola was a cinch to put up. I am 64 and with some assistance from one of my sons we were able to put the whole thing up easily in less than a day.I ran into one issue (that was my doing) in which I had placed the pergola to close to the house and I did not need some of the decorative end caps but did need some end covers that were not included with this kit. I contacted the company and they were quick to respond to help me take care of the issue. We have enjoyed our pergola for several years now with no issue and are considering another for our outdoor kitchen.
