Create your own outdoor room, a sanctuary, with our 12 x 12 (3.7m x 3.7m) Regency Pergola. The Regency Pergola is crafted with premium vinyl and is maintenance free. Best of all? It is covered with an industry-first twenty year warranty!

We manufacture all of our products by molding premium, hi-grade polymers around traditional structural elements to create the classic look of wood without the traditional maintenance. In other words, you get the classic look of wood without the headaches. Just the occasional rinse with a garden hose is all you’ll need to do to keep your pergola looking great year after year.

The Regency Pergola requires a drill, level, ladder, measuring tape, 2×6’s (5cm x 15cm)  and two people to assemble.

My name is John Higgins and I am 70 years old. It took me approximately, from start to finish, 15 hours to complete this pergola construction along with accessories. The most important part of this process is to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!

On a scale from 1 to 10, the difficulty to build this was a 3.5. I can recommend that any homeowner can do this project by themselves.

I live in central Florida and installed this pergola 2 years ago. We have throughly enjoyed it. We have had several parties and many youth events outside under the pergola. It has held up just fine and kept looking beautiful after every event.
Well living in Florida we have these occasional wind storms called hurricanes blow through. We had sustained winds of 80 mph for several hours and come sunlight guess what was still standing? You got it, the pergola! Stood up to Hurricane Irma just like Lieutenant Dan did on the shrimp’n boat in Forest Gump.
This will make your patio a better place to be and the customer service with New England Arbors is outstanding. You won’t be disappointed.
