Fairly easy to assemble. There were a couple moments when I was thinking to myself that I did something wrong, but everything wiggled into place. The big problem is not enough PVC glue. Look at the directions on page 4 - "...apply a generous amount of glue..." They only give you 1 tube and you use that amount to glue the end caps. I wish people would try assembling their own products before they sell them.

PS We advise all of our customers to be very careful with the glue that we provide. It causes a chemical reaction with the vinyl to create a permanent bond. If any drips down the post it will be difficult to clean it off.
I suggest that you only use a limited amount to get the job done.
